The title command is not working

i was trying the new title command that was added in mcpe 1.0.5 and its not working for me i was thinking i typed it wrong but it was typed the way it used to be in chat its saying title command is successfully executed but the text is not appearing and i have tested whit the other commands (subtitle,actionbar etc) and those are not working as well.I have even tested removing the texture pack i am using and still not working
