[MCPE-212388] Broken teleporting mechanism

So basically, these buttons showcased are teleporting lifts. They teleport the user 1 block above the surface. Before the recent drop (1st video), it had a smooth falling motion. But after the drop (2nd video), it just drops very instantly and is extremely weird and unnatural. Please revert it to how it was like before.
