[MCPE-21335] Boss sounds TOO LOUD

The wither and the ender dragon sounds are TOO LOUD when close to them.
How to reproduce:
Get close to the wither or the ender dragon in survival or use /playsound mob.enderdragon.death @p on a phone

When this was closed, did you even try to replicate the issue? The sound is in overdrive. It's distorted. It's incredibly dangerous for people with headphones even at low volume.
