luncher recording

Hello ! I'm french, so I'm sorry if I don't talk correctly !
I have a problem when I launch minecraft. The launching doesn't end and I receive an error message who say : Impossible recording the download. fi_fi.lang
Details say me :The process can't access the file because this file is used by another process.
