[MCPE-21467] Arrows, Splash Potions and Snowballs pass through players.

Arrows, Splash Potions and Snowballs pass through players (that throw them) unlike every update below 1.0

Ex: If you shoot an arrow upwards and let it hit you (the thrower), it will pass through you without taking damage.
