Server sent broken packet error bedrock

My game wont let me start up my own world, join another world or even play offline. it just keeps saying server sent broken packet. this was never an issue until I payed for the marketplace pass, I don't know if there's any correlation but i figured it'd be worth to add. I also downloaded a pack off of the list of marketplace packs with the pass and that's when it all begun. now no matter what world I start it wont just load the world. ive reset my router, my pc, deleted app, deleted my network drives. nothing works.
