Lagging and shuts off when fighting zombies

So when I play and start everything seems great the second I run and I'm in action mode fighting zombies. Everything lags and everything shuts off . Every time. Very upsetting. Update after update hoping it gets fixes. Nothing. So now I'm on here to express my feelings about this. Please help.i love this game and I love plain my phone at work
