netherite armor weight affects the launching of windcharges

so eveytime im wearing netherite armor while i want to use the mace, i obviously take a stack of wind charges. everytime i launch them, they dont take me to normal height (while wearing netherite armor) but everytime i use windcharges while wearing diamond armor and the rest of the lower tier armor, the wind charges launch me higher than when i was wearing netherite armor and when i search this up, it says im probably aiming the windcharges at the wrong angle and netherite doesnt affect the performance of the windcharges. but i then googled if netherite armor makes a player weigh more than its average weight and it said yes,but it doesnt affect the performance of the windcharges but everytime i act this out, it always affects the launch height
