§ Color Codes don't work on world names

When the new UI was added to the world menu in Bedrock, the ability to change the worlds name color with § stopped working.

To reproduce:

1. Open your world selection menu

2. Edit your world

3. Select the name of your world

4. Hold down alt while clicking 0167 on the keypad with num lock on (or paste from the internet) to type the § symbol

5. Type one of the supported formatting characters https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Formatting_codes

Expected Result: A color change in the font

Actual Result: Shows '§' and the formatting character as part of the name
