When using the Vibrant Visuals option, the stained glass doesn’t colour the lighting, like it does on RTX.

However this seems more like feature request than a bug
RTX uses different technologies for creating ambient experience than Vibrant Visuals (hence Vibrant Visuals works on non-rtx cards)
