Goat cloak horns disappear when also wearing cape

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Open Minecraft an go to the character creator.

• Go to the outerwear section and equip the goat cloak.

• Go to the capes section and equip a cape.

Expected result:

The horns of the goat cloak should remain visible when equipping a cape because they are not a back item.

Actual result:

The horns of the goat cloak disappear when equipping a cape.
