I killed 21 elder guardians using a netherite sword enchanted with unbreaking III, smite IV, looting III, fire aspect II, and mending and none dropped the tide armor trim. I tried searching google if others had problems with this and I was able to find a bug report for java that mentioned looting III as being the cause of preventing the armor trim drop. I went back and tried killing an elder guardian with an unenchanted iron sword and immediately got the armor trim. I listed the other enchantments I had on the sword in case they could be messing with the drops, but I think looting was the issue since someone else was having a problem with that on java edition. If you could look into this it would save others a lot of time and confusion, thanks :)
