In Minecraft Bedrock Edition version 1.21.72.01 on Android, the "Pause" toggle is missing from Settings > General. This toggle previously allowed players to enable or disable automatic pausing in single-player mode.
Without this toggle, the game no longer pauses when opening the in-game menu in single-player, even when not connected to Xbox Live. This makes it impossible to properly pause the game, which was previously possible in older versions.
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition v1.21.72.01 on Android.
Go to
Settings > General
.Notice that the "Pause" toggle is missing.
Start a new single-player world and open the menu.
Observe that the game continues running instead of pausing.
Expected Result:
The "Pause" toggle should be available, and single-player games should pause when the menu is opened.
Observed Result:
The toggle is missing, and the game does not pause.
