Buttons on controller don't work, only the joysticks are responsive

Mmy Dualshock controller breaks when I sign into my Minecraft Account, the controller works fine regardless, only when I log-in does it break, every button that isnt the two joysticks doesn’t read. I am not playing iOS without a controller cuz that mobile control layouts are all so impossible.
