Spotted wolf not spawning in savanna plateau

I have been searching all over the savanna plateau, I turned off peaceful mode, checked chunkbase to ensure I’m actually in the right location, checked other Savana plateaus on multiple different worlds at different times- nothing. No spotted wolf. Whatsoever. I’ve read on other forums of other bedrock players having this same exact issue for a very long time, yet a complete lack of inaction from mojang to aide this issue. I’ve seen it brought up here, aswell, just to be dismissed. It is frustrating to see this issue just be ignored, it’s been too long to have this be a bug. I shouldn’t be searching for hours and finding not even one dog, esp when other mobs spawn peacefully - except the dog.
