Recently, I've been playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition on version 1.21.73 Hotfix and noticed that achievements are not being detected or tracked properly on Windows 11. However, after testing the same actions on the Android version, the achievements worked correctly, so the issue seems specific to the Windows platform.
Here are the achievements that are not completing or tracking:
Crafters Crafting Crafters
Revaulting
Who Needs Rockets?
Over-Overkill
Heart Transplanter
Additionally, I’ve observed that game stats are not updating properly either, which might be related.
I’ve already tried troubleshooting through:
DNS changes
Disabling ad blockers
Modifying relevant settings in
services.msc
Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.
Recently, I attempted to complete the Heart Transplanter achievement, but due to the tracking issue, it didn’t register properly so instead of unlocking the achievement, I ended up spending most of my time farming for resins, unsure whether I was doing something wrong or if the game just wasn't registering my progress.

I've noticed an issue where certain in-game statistics are not tracking properly on Minecraft Bedrock Edition for Windows 11 Pro. Specifically, these stats are not updating:
Blocks Broken
Mobs Defeated
Distance Traveled
However, the Stats Day does work, and Xbox Live all set fully automatic on my system.
when testing the same account on Android, all stats update and track correctly, which suggests this may be a Windows-specific bug. I'm unsure if this issue also affected Windows 10, but I’ve seen other users mention similar achievement/stats bugs in the past possibly an old bug resurfacing.
Troubleshooting I've Tried (without success):
Uninstalled and reinstalled both Minecraft Bedrock and the Xbox App
Logged out and back into Xbox Live
Ensured all permissions and Xbox Live services are active and synced
Despite following all recommended steps, the issue is still persisted.
Any suggestions or confirmation if this is a known bug would be appreciated.

The service status is stuck on “Starting”, which means it’s not running and something is preventing the service from starting. According to a few users online, having Control flow guard disabled in Windows Security can prevent this service from starting, so you should check if it’s disabled. See this article for instructions:
If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend asking for help on the Microsoft Support Community, as this isn’t a problem with Minecraft.
Which settings did you modify in services.msc? Did you make sure that the Connected User Experiences and Telemetry service was running? If so, could you attach screenshots of every service in services.msc?
