I can't delete texture packs from my storage on Minecraft

I've tried several times to delete the texture and behavior packs in my Minecraft storage, but I can't. I can't scroll down the bar, so I can only press the top buttons. The only buttons I can press are "Application", "Clear Cache of Marketplace", "Clear Download Cache", "Clear screenshot cache", "Delete local screenshots" and "Multiselect”
