Visual Lighting Flickering

Bits of the screen flickers when placing blocks and breaking.

It doesnt flicker if I place a lantern next to it, there by lightning the area up.

It gets worst the more darker it gets and closed off the space is.

Latest Xbox Series X version and Minecraft version.

Tried lowering everything, it happens.
