Game crashes when you enter text into a sign; progress lost

HOW TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE:

• Have Minecraft on Playstation 5

• Get in a world

• Equip a sign and place it

• Press any key on your keyboard

​(I primarily use a keyboard/mouse when playing Minecraft on my Playstation, so I am unsure if the issue is also there for those who use a controller.)

EXPECTED RESULT:

User is able to enter text in a sign.

ACTUAL RESULT:

Approximately fifty percent of the time, the game will crash if you try to enter text into a sign. In-game progress is lost (since the last autosave or last time you had left the world)
