Major Stuttering Issue in 1.21.70+ on iPhone 11 Pro (iOS) — Game Freezes Every Few Seconds Even on Lowest Settings

After updating to version 1.21.70, Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my iPhone 11 Pro has started to stutter and freeze every few seconds. This happens consistently across all worlds — both new and existing.

Even with the lowest graphics settings, no resource packs, no global packs, and no internet connection, the game experiences micro-stutters every few seconds, making the experience choppy and frustrating.
