I had the founder's cape in 2019 when I first downloaded the founder's skin pack and I even watched minecon, my cape disappeared in 2022 and so did my founder’s skin pack I was one of the people affected by it. I contacted minecraft support multiple times and I been trying for years to get my founder's cape and skin pack restored on my Minecraft/Microsoft account. This isn't right because I was one of the players that actually got the cape during minecon live and I had it before the glitch that gave everyone the capes. Why should I be punished for your mistake? I know people that still own it and even people that got it through the glitch that still own the cape to this day which makes it more unfair. I want my founder's skin pack and cape back on my account.
Minecraft support has yet to help me and so has Microsoft. I want my purchased items restored or I want to talk to someone higher that could help me because this is ridiculous im not asking for a handout, im asking for something that I bought. If they can't do anything about it than that means the same can happen to any item, including reedemable items. So if I lose for example, the home cape for the minecraft movie event you can't do anything about it. I understand you don't want to give out capes because it wouldn't be fair to other players but this wasn't the way to resolve the issue since people who bought or earn these capes got affected by it and that's not fair to them and it isn't fair to me.
Not a Minecraft bug?
