The Taskbar and Title bar Pop up in Full screen Mode

I've just updated my Minecraft Bedrock to the newest version 1.21.5 and the Taskbar and Title bar will pop up and interfere with my gameplay. I never had this issue in 1.21.4 and previous versions up until now. This issue makes the game completely unplayable. I've tried searching for a fix and have seen so many threads and videos of hundreds of players having this same issue and it's not been fixed. I've tried the most popular fixes already. I've updated my driver's. I've pressed F11 twice to reset the display. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I've restarted my PC. I've done the reset and repair fix. Nothing is working. Please someone from Microsoft fix this so I can play the game again. Please note that I am playing on Windows 11 currently.
