Glow Lichen floats without supporting block

I found some glow lichen floating in two different trial chambers.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a world

2. Find a Trial Chamber

3. Look around for a while

Expected results:
Glow lichen does not float without a supporting block behind it.

Observed results:
Glow lichen floats without a supporting block.
