Storage Tab UI Problem

Storage Setting UI has a small part that can only be scroll, but not the button tabs above. this is actually my problem way back in 1.17~1.19, and I have to go to my device setting and Clear Data the app just to delete some packs, because I have a small space to scroll to. I wish the developer team change these as soon as possible. And/or maybe have a toggle where we can revert to the old UI too.
