[MCPE-21772] When using the Pocket UI, the option to craft quartz pillars does not show up

What I expected to happen was:
When I have quartz blocks in my inventory, and go to the crafting tab the option to craft quartz pillars would appear

What actually happened was:
When I have quartz blocks in my inventory, and go to the crafting tab the option to craft quartz pillars does not appear

Steps to Reproduce:

Obtain quartz blocks from the creative menu
Tap on the crafting tab
Notice the recipe for quartz pillars does not appear

Confirmed as well. There is no way to craft pillar quartz blocks on survival in PE.

Addendum: Still unresolved after the 1.1.1 update.

I am having this issue too. I can craft all the other items from quartz, but nit the pillars. They are still an item in creative, but there is no recipe for them in survival.
