Steps to reproduce the issue:
Create a world in 1.21.90 beta, take out any storage bag, and when you select the storage bag, you will find that its icon becomes transparent.
Expected result:
The icon of the storage bag should not become transparent after it is selected.
Actual result:
The icon becomes transparent after the storage bag is selected.
