I keep getting rubberbanded or glitchy movement on online servers Realms or Servers

Hello so ever since the 1.21.7 version came, I have been getting really glitchy movement where I get misplaced in positions and it has gotten me killed in some situations specifically in the nether where when I jump or run and I get “rubber banded” and I fall in the lava instead. This has been getting really annoying because I have good internet and I experienced this in realms and dedicated servers.
