I can't eat cake like usually, what is going on here, I try eating cake with my friends but we're both can't even eating cake like before. Last week I could do this but today I can't please fix this

Clearing a cache and data but it doesn't work at all

Minecraft version : 1.21.72

Cake is eaten by placing it on a block and using it. If you were able to eat it like other food before, that is likely due to an add-on/behavior pack.
