Villagers' faulty pathfinding algorithm

Villagers' are crucial to the players' gameplay due to trading and stuff. However, there's something or a bug that bothers me and that is the villagers' pathfinding algorithm. They can't go to their proper workplace / beds because they can't sense a proper path to guide them. It just leads them to the walls, instead of the appropriate path and by doing that it also restart their profession.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Build a renovated village with houses, beds, and workstations properly placed.

2. Allow villagers to move freely toward their workstations or beds.

3. Observe their pathfinding behavior when trying to reach their destinations.

Expected result:

Villagers should be able to find and follow a proper path to their assigned workstation or bed without getting stuck or resetting their profession.

Actual result:

Villagers frequently get stuck facing walls or random objects. Instead of following clear paths, therefore, they always fail to reach their workplace / bed.

Furthermore, I experienced this same bug long time ago, yet no improvement. I'm dissapointed, Mojang. I hope that you will fix this bug soon. Thank you.
