bug with joining modded worlds

when you try to join a modded world you have to download the content before you join but It downloads very slow and because of this you get an error message saying it couldn't join the world fast enough. what mojang must change is that it has as much time as it needs to download so people can join the world. this is a very big issue and I hope mojang puts it to the top of its priority list.

scratch all of that it fully downloads most of the time but then it gives then error message and you have to rejoin the world
