the game become bloqued or crashes

The game crashes when i go to a trial chamber, only whit the breeze, when i'm about to kill one of them or when 2 or more breezes attack me at the same time, the game crashes or something similar, because the game closes, i have a video, btw my celphone have a good processor and enough ram (dymensity 8200 and 12 gb of ram)
