Vibrant Visuals: Lines appear in shadows and lights when resolution scale is set to 50%

I forgot to note that i am on a Xbox Series S and the steps to do this are as easy as: opening up settings, going over to video and then vibrant visuals custom options, after that you want to scroll all the way down and set your resolution scale to 50%

I actually hate this bug more than anything. I don't know why but this one specifically makes me mad lol
