When you're breaking blocks, breaking animation and sound become delayed visibly. Hitting a block will not display crack marks on the surface and the break/hit sound right away and instead is heard a second later. The block breaks some later, and each block-break feels unresponsive even though the game's frame rate is normal.
Steps to Reproduce
Launch Minecraft Bedrock Preview version 1.21.90.20 and open or load a singleplayer world in the Overworld.
In the Overworld, try to break any block (such as dirt and stone) with a hand tool or with your bare hands.
Watch the block-breaking animation and sound when you hit the block
Anticipated Behavior
Breaking a block should give instant feedback. There should be cracks visible on the surface of the block and the sound of the block being broken should be heard instantly when the player breaks it. The visual and sound feedback should be synchronous with the action with zero perceived delay.
Actual Behavior
A visible lag in feedback during the break of the blocks is evident. Following the impact of the block, a delay exists before the cracking animation and sound effect occur and before visual damage is seen in the block and the actual breaking action ceases. Such a delay in feedback creates a sense of lagginess and desync in the experience of block breaking.
Video Attachment Notice
A video file showing the delayed block-breaking animation and sound in action is attached here.
Supplementary Observations
It is happening nearly every time a block is broken in the Overworld.
No mods, resource packs, nor shaders are enabled during the test.
The problem was encountered for the first time by utilizing split-screen mode on this device 5 days ago
Tested in Survival mode; the issue remains irrespective of the type of block and tool used.
