The following is the issue. Volume Control doesn’t work anymore whenever minecraft starts. This happens already in the loading bar screen. Opening only the launcher has no affect. Launcher reinstallation has no affect. Connecting the Screen directly makes it work fine again…
Works without issue with an ASUS ExpertBook B1, HP Elite Dragonfly G2, HP EliteBook x360 1030 G8

Audio Driver: Intel “HD Audio Driver for Display Audio” 31.0.101.4255
HP Elite Thunderbolt Dock G5 (120W) (Newest Drivers from HPIA)
LC M44 DFHD 120 Display, Connectet via HDMI 2.0
Edifier R1280DB Speakers, connected via AUX to the Screen.
