While using Bedrock Preview (Build 1.21.90.21) on PlayStation 5, I have observed that mobs appear to deal more knockback than expected during their attacks. Even baseline mobs like zombies and skeletons push the user back with much greater force than they have in prior versions, which makes combat engageent feel broken.
This happens within the context of vanilla gameplay where no mods or resource/behavior packs have been installed.
I have tested this extensively in both survival and creative modes, and the toggleable survival mode is always set to provide stronger knockback than in prior versions.
This does not seem to be a problem with armor or knockback resistance, as those do not make any difference here.
Steps to Reproduce
Load up the Bedrock Preview 1.12.90.21 on your PS5 and start a fresh survival world.
Walk to a zombie or skeleton's location and let them land a couple of hits.
Pay attention and calculate the distance a player is knocked back with every consecutive hit.
Expected Result
Player should be knocked back a short distance according to the usual behavior of mobs and their accompanying physics.
Observed Result
Mobs knock players back substantially further than they are accustomed to in previous updates, or than expected

Omg finally someone actually realized this. A few things you missed out is that this bug has been around since version 1.21.60 and it happens on all devices mainly it happens when you are sprint hitting. When hitting a lot it does happen in when your using armor. Its happens the worst when you are sprint jumping and hitting it just teleports you around
