Mob heads rotate vertically in certain situations

As you can see in the attached video and photos, if you jump while trapping or shoving a mob, the mob's head will rotate strangely vertically.

Expected Results: Mobs do not rotate their heads strangely.

Actual Results: Mobs do rotate their heads strangely.
