This is not the first time I have seen it, it is also happened on my siblings accounts. They are both running on older iOS 9.3.5 and 9.2.1 and the issue occurred both on them but has since resolved, except for mine. (I have added photos of my siblings iPads To further clarify). kind regards Matt 🙂
