After installing the latest Minecraft Bedrock beta update, all add-ons that include custom entities with animations, models, or textures from both the Marketplace and the community (e.g., MCPEDL) have stopped working properly. Entities don't spawn, appear invisible, or lack textures, animations don't play, summon eggs don't work, and add-on features don't work properly.
This isn't an isolated issue or caused by individual bugs in the add-ons. I've tested multiple add-ons that worked perfectly before this version, and all of them have stopped working after the update. I've also confirmed with other community members who use different packs, and they've experienced the same errors even with official Marketplace content while testing the recent beta version of the game. We believe this is a bug due to new features and functionality in the game that disrupt all existing add-ons, including texture packs and marketplace add-ons and free content found on websites. I'm aware that you have nothing to do with the creation of this type of content, but we suggest you please fix this game bug that disrupts add-ons and texture packs with new mob animations, behaviors, and entities that some add-ons include.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Can confirm as a preview bedrock player on a windows PC. Camel animations are also broken, though foxes appear back to normal. This bug also existed in the previews April 29th update, but not the one or any before that.
