Custom skin bugged

So basically I downloaded a custom skin and when I uploaded on Minecraft it said it needs to be png and one of the sizes but it was so I went searching and saw people on Reddit had the same problem and someone said it was a bug also my version isn't up there but the bug happened this year so those versions were probably affected if they were a version from this year my current version for bedrock is 1.21.72.01 imma put and image of the skin so u can also check the size and see if png and also a pic of the thing saying it needed to be png and size also imma put future version because my version isn't up there.
