Can't view and delete resource packs

There is a bug in the settings in Minecraft Bedrock on mobile. I have downloaded resource packs and since they didn't work, I tried to delete them. As you can see in the screenshot, when I go to storage to delete the resource packs, on the bottom right, you can see clear cache, but when I wanted to scroll down, I couldn't. That was when I saw the bug. You can only scroll down on the very bottom of the page and you can barely see anything since the File Storage Location options don't move. Please address this as soon as possible.
