Realms Packs don't update

When loading up Actions And Stuff 1.4 on my realm, loading into the world gives me Actions and Stuff 1.3

1: Update A texture pack
2: Load the pack in a Realm
3: Enter the realm
4: Go into Resource Packs from the settings menu
5: see Error
