Minecraft Bedrock Edition not loading any custom skin

No recent version of the game has allowed to me upload my skin and use it. I get this same response every time, the skin is a .png and uses the correct resolution. I'm not sure when this issue started occurring but I haven't been able to use my skin for a while. It occurs with every skin I try.
