texture that surrounds graphics disables anti-aliasing

Any texture that tries to change the graphics in Minecraft ends up disabling the anti-aliasing in the game. If you try to use an RTX texture or the game's new Shader, if you don't activate this shader, the game will be jagged, even though the texture doesn't make any changes.
I added an RTX texture, but I didn't activate RTX and my game became jagged, which is not supposed to happen.
This happens with any texture that is a type of Shader.

Another problem that is also in the photo is that the message of what was disabled does not follow the "style" of Minecraft, it looks like a generic information message.
