Purple Screen/Crashed Resource Packd

After updating to 1.21.80, the main menu gets these weird purple and black blocks. If you restart the game/console, sometimes it will seem like it's loading fine, but then the purple “artifacts” come back and crashes the game.

This happens under both my profile and my sons profile on Bedrock for Xbox.
