Wearing any of the MINECON 2016 Cape skin pack, does not seem to render the capes for others aross all devices. Only the user/owner of the cape pack is able to see them. The cape also doesn’t render its Elytra variant in game, it just renders the eyltra and cape invisible. It also render the elyta and cape invisible on the Paper Doll

The skin pack capes aren’t technicly cosidered to be capes by the game
