Sometimes after placing a block and then switching to a different item, Pick Block no longer works

Sometimes after placing a block and then switching to a different item, Pick Block no longer works. Issue also occurs when using Pick Block on one block, then quickly going to a different block. Speed seems to be a factor as waiting a second or two usually fixes it, but if you’re building patterns or something, this is a big problem in speed. At least for Bedrock 10P Realm on PS5.
