When playing on a server"CraftersMC,skyblock to be specific "while moving from one place to another my character gets teleported to a specific location and I'm unable to move any where it keep teleporting

My game disconnect from the server I was playing on then did not allow me to join server even though I had perfect connection. Then after reinstalling my game. After joining a server when I started moving from one place to another I geot repeatedly teleported to a location. I was unable to move or move my screen it just kept teleporting to the same exact location. Through commands I moved away then it started teleporting me to another location.
