Lag in the Nether after a few minutes

When you enter the nether and stay there for a few minutes, everything starts to get laggy

Example: you break a block and it only breaks later, you place a block and it disappears and returns to your hand or only appears later, you hit a mob and it doesn't take damage and there are times when you teleport out of nowhere and it's been like this since the last update, please solve it🙌🏻
