In every world I create or play on I get very low fps and has never been a problem before 1.21.80.
I am not sure how to reproduce this but I know it isn’t normal

However, this issue is Incomplete.
Simply stating that your game is laggy is not helpful for Mojang to diagnose your issue. If you can pinpoint a specific cause when lag happens for you, please open a new report for that issue.
Keep in mind that Mojang is constantly optimizing the game, and simply playing the game provides feedback to Mojang on which parts cause performance issues.
