Unable to complete the achievement "Sail the 7 Seas"

First of all, good morning to the Mojang team, programmers and associates, it is my wish to inform you that the achievement” sail the 7 seas “ of Minecraft Bedrock Edition cannot be completed on Android platforms or other devices. I have seen that it only works on computers and consoles since I have been trying to complete the achievement for a month. Unfortunately, I only have a cell phone to play. The only achievement is bugged and cannot be completed normally. I have seen that many players on Android devices cannot complete the achievement.
